We are so excited to have completed our first book that we have both written and photographed.  Our imagery has been in dozens of books over the year - but this is the first time we also had the opportunity to interview and write up all the amazing stories about the various surfers we met along the way.

Surfing in NZ has come a long way from its original roots but at the end of the day, its still just the surfer and their board trying to ride a wave.  Every surfers personal addiction to the sport, makes for what we think is an interesting read!  We met some great characters including Gary McCormick, singer Jamie McDell and World Junior Surfing Champion Ella Williams. Plus it was great fun to photograph.
